Using the Service

By accessing or using Kanha.ai, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials and API keys secure. If you use Kanha.ai for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Submitted Sites and Content

You may submit a site or content only when you have the right to authorize Kanha.ai to access and process it. You authorize Kanha.ai and its providers to crawl the URLs you select, copy and process the available content, generate questions and answers or datasets, train models, and store and deliver related artifacts as needed to provide the service. Trained browser model and runtime artifacts are published to publicly accessible Hugging Face repositories for delivery to visitors without authentication. Anyone with a repository or artifact URL can download them. You confirm that you have the rights needed to authorize this processing and public delivery.

Ownership and Processing License

You keep your ownership rights in content you submit. You grant Kanha.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. This license also allows Kanha.ai to publish, host, reproduce, and distribute trained browser model and runtime artifacts through public Hugging Face repositories for unauthenticated browser delivery. You are responsible for having the permissions needed for submitted content and for your use of generated datasets, models, and outputs.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Kanha.ai to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, or process content without authorization.
• Develop or distribute malware, harmful content, fraud, spam, or deceptive impersonation.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another account.
• Use outputs as the sole basis for decisions that require qualified professional judgment or that create significant risk to a person.

Plans, Limits, and Payment

Plans include stated limits for pages, training runs, active trained models, and other features. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Checkout and payment processing are handled by the provider shown in the checkout flow, which may be Stripe or Razorpay. You are responsible for charges you authorize and applicable taxes. Plan details may change prospectively, with notice where required.

Runtime and Delivery

Kanha.ai is built to work wherever visitors browse. Browsers and devices differ, so the runtime or delivery path may be adapted. Performance and availability can vary by device, browser, model, and site configuration. When inference runs locally, the visitor's question and answer need not pass through a hosted inference API. Local inference does not mean that all setup, training, delivery, or service data stays on the visitor's device.

Model Outputs

Models and generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing your implementation, reviewing outputs where appropriate, informing your users about important limitations, and deciding whether an output may be used or relied on.

Third-Party Services

Kanha.ai depends on third-party services for functions such as authentication, storage, hosting, email, payments, crawling, and training. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that you choose to connect or use separately.

Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We work to keep Kanha.ai available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview or trial features may change or end.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, nonpayment, security or legal risk, harm to other users, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and Limits

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Kanha.ai is provided as available and without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Kanha.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Any other liability will be limited to an amount that is reasonable in light of the service and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated terms and effective date here, and provide additional notice when required.
